This website, eloragoods.com (the "Site" or "Elora Goods"), is operated by Creator Coalition LLC. This Subscription & Cancellation Policy explains how our subscription purchases, billing, and cancellations work. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. This policy explains how these subscriptions work and how you can change or cancel them.
HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK
When you start a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries on a recurring basis. Unless a different frequency applies to your product, your subscription automatically renews and ships approximately every 30 days. Your payment method is stored securely and will be automatically charged for each delivery at the then-current price, plus any applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel.
YOUR CONSENT TO RECURRING CHARGES
Our subscription is offered as an optional selection that you can decline. You may deselect (uncheck) the "Subscribe & Save" option before adding the item to your cart to purchase a one-time order instead. By leaving that option selected and completing your purchase, you affirmatively choose to enroll in the subscription and agree to the terms of this policy.
By purchasing a subscription, you expressly consent to recurring, automatically renewing charges. You acknowledge and agree that:
- You authorized the subscription and the recurring charges when you placed your order.
- You chose the subscription deliberately, when the option to decline it was available to you, and you accept responsibility for the recurring charges that result.
- The recurring charges will continue until you cancel.
- If you enrolled by mistake, it is your responsibility to cancel before your next scheduled charge date (subject to the minimum commitment below).
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION DISCOUNT AND MINIMUM COMMITMENT
The subscription discount is offered in exchange for enrolling in a recurring subscription — it is not a discount on a single order. By choosing the subscription when you could have declined it, you understand and agree that:
- You are enrolling in a recurring subscription, not a one-time purchase. If you only want a single order, you may decline the subscription and place a one-time order instead.
- Your subscription includes a minimum of two (2) orders — your initial order and one (1) renewal order. You may cancel at any time, but your cancellation takes effect after your second order has been charged and fulfilled. If you cancel before your second order, your subscription will still process that second order at your discounted price before the cancellation takes effect.
- After your two-order minimum is met, your subscription continues automatically until you cancel.
- Because your discount is tied to the recurring subscription, choosing the subscription is a commitment to the two-order minimum, and you accept responsibility for that commitment.
HOW TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time, quickly and free of charge, using either of the following:
- The Manage Subscription area in your account on our website; or
- By contacting us through our Contact Us page.
You acknowledge and agree that we have provided both of these cancellation methods — the Manage Subscription area on the Site and the Contact Us page — and that either one may be used to cancel or modify your subscription.
IMPORTANT — TIMING OF CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation stops future charges and deliveries. It does not reverse a charge that has already been placed.
Even if you cancel, any order for which you have already been charged will still ship and is not refundable. This is because we begin sourcing, processing, and fulfilling your order immediately once a charge is placed.
To avoid being charged and shipped for an upcoming cycle, you must cancel BEFORE your next scheduled charge date. Subject to your two-order minimum above, a cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle after it is completed.
