This website, eloragoods.com (the "Site" or "Elora Goods"), is operated by Creator Coalition LLC. This Subscription & Cancellation Policy explains how our subscription purchases, billing, and cancellations work. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.
HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at the time of purchase. Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be automatically charged for each delivery on a recurring basis at the then-current price, plus any applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew at the interval you selected.
YOUR CONSENT TO RECURRING CHARGES
By purchasing a subscription, you expressly consent to these recurring, automatically renewing charges, at the frequency and amount disclosed to you at checkout. You acknowledge and agree that:
- You authorized the subscription and the recurring charges when you placed your order.
- The recurring charges will continue until you cancel.
- If you enrolled in a subscription by mistake, it is your responsibility to cancel it before your next scheduled charge date.
HOW TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time, quickly and free of charge, using either of the following:
- The Manage Subscription area in your account on our website (the links in your order confirmation emails also take you there); or
- By contacting us through our Contact Us page.
You acknowledge and agree that we have provided both of these cancellation methods — the Manage Subscription area on the Site and the Contact Us page — and that either one may be used to cancel or modify your subscription.
IMPORTANT — TIMING OF CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation stops future charges and deliveries. It does not reverse a charge that has already been placed.
Even if you cancel through the Manage Subscription area or by contacting us, any order for which you have already been charged will still ship and is not refundable. This is because we begin sourcing, processing, and fulfilling your order immediately once a renewal charge is placed.
To avoid being charged and shipped for an upcoming cycle, you must cancel BEFORE your next scheduled charge date. A cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle after the cancellation is completed.
